TIME: 7.00 - 7:30
for swimming, 8:00 - 9:00 for the physical abuse
exercise in the gym
VENUE: Southam Leisure Centre
DRESS: Tight shorts and a skimpy vest (trunks for the swimming, and something loose for the meal afterwards)
FOOD: At the Bowling Green for 9:15 prompt. Menu choice from the following (order pudding on the night)
COST: approx £15 to account, incl. swim, gym, food and pudding
THEME: Splashing and other fitness frolics, followed by pub and grub so no-one wastes away!
