TABLE MEETING INFORMATION
The Nags - an Evening at Warwick Races
18th June 2001
Having issued the first-cut programme for the year, it's time to test its flexibility. Instead of the planned business Meeting, we are taking the opportunity of an evening meeting at Warwick racecourse.
Date and time : Monday 18th June, racing starts at 6:50 pm. Get there when you can
Venue : Warwick racecourse, Warwick, Warwickshire. Web site click here.
Dress : Team rugby shirt uniform suggested so we can spot each other amongst the crowds, and can therefore offer group support and commiseration when the horse we backed pulls up lame or runs the wrong way.
Meal : Afterwards, wander down to the Castle Balti, via a pub (Castle Balti is bring-a-bottle; off-licence nearby)
Cost : Tattersalls enclosure at the racing was £11 last year from memory - pay on the way in! Hopefully we can pay for the meal with a cheque book, if we have a spare
