41 Cricket Challenge

The mother of all grudge matches (nets practice on Weds 16th)

The Southam format of the 20/20 Cricket which is sweeping the country comes to you in the form of the Round Table Versus 41 Club fixture! This exciting game actually differs little from last year's inaugural fixture except partners and children are invited to watch, and so you don't have to wait for fish and chips its Bring Your Own Cricket Tea to keep things simple.

Last year, 41 club whupped us by deploying their cricket-playing sons. How come we haven't recruited them yet so we could have them on our side?

Date and time : TUESDAY 22nd July 2003, warm up at 5:30, start at 6pm

Venue : Southam Cricket Club

Dress : preferably 'whites' and BYO box

Meal : BYO cricket tea

Cost : £0, tbc

There's a nets practice session the week before on WEDNESDAY (16th) from 6:00 til 7:30. I'll be in touch to sort out a team, call in ringers etc.
