Mystery Exercise Class

Happy New Year!

Date and time : Monday 9th January 2006, 7:45 for 7:55 sharp

Venue: Southam Leisure Centre, Welsh Road West, Southam

Cost: £4 or less for the class, £5.20 or less for a post-class swim, steam & sauna.
Plus meal and other refreshment. I'm working with SLM on the pricing so the pre-meal bit may well be cheaper.

Dress: leg warmers and headbands, trunks for the sauna unless you're German.

Meal: 9:45 at TBA (*NOT* the Market Tavern), order from the menu.

The session will be suitable for fat unfit beginners and superhumans (and New York and London marathon runners) alike. It's not aerobics or step, it'll be a laugh and you'll feel so much better afterwards (when it's stopped, probably). The ideal way to wind down from the rigours of the hectic week thus far!! Followed up with optional swim, sauna and steam.

I need to know numbers by Saturday 7th at noon. This is an attendance event so members are assumed coming and will be charged unless you tell me otherwise. Honoraries and guests please book in.
