Everyone needs to prepare a 5 to 10 minute talk on something and then present this to the group – in theory at least until you get gonged off....

Your subject matter could be work related – Christian and JC Otte did this the other year and it was strangely compelling. How much do we really know about whatever it is we all do?

Or it could be about life experiences - such as Nick’s sailing adventure off South Africa

Or it could be on a subject that fascinates you – such as Jason’s talk on the history of drug abuse in Le Tour de France

Or, yes it could be on F1!

I will bring a laptop and projector - so you can use PowerPoint if you wish

Get thinking....

And guests don’t have to talk!
