Gentlemen,

The 4x4 41 Club event programmed for 20th July has had to be moved to 27th July.

Reason for change is the better availability of a suitable local field for our fun, hope it is ok with you all. I have arranged with Rob at Harbury Fields Farm that we can use our quad and Land Rover on his land (at our risk). I have extended an invitation for him to join us for the meal afterwards as our thanks. Less travel time to venue, so more daylight and Harbury pubs just up the road.

There will be a £5 per head contribution to fuel, vehicle transport and running costs. Surplus will be used to cover Rob's food and drink.

Please meet at 7.30 at Harbury Fields Farm (out of Harbury past the Rugby club and on the left just before reaching the Fosse way). Follow the 4x4 direction signs on the farm drive, to find the field.

I will arrange and circulate a local pub meal choice but require confirmation of attendee numbers by end next week please. Guy is away at the moment so please reply to me. Any questions please email me or ring.
